The people behind ELP are energy industry professionals with background on policy research and development, power system planning, industry management, regulatory compliance, and business development.
Founder
Cezar, commonly called by his friends as "Jay", is a Registered Electrical Engineer by profession who acquired his degree from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños. He is also an Energy Transformation Expert with a background on renewables, transmission and distribution planning. He is currently focusing on energy policy research and development.
Co-Founder
Cha is a graduate of Business Administration who is currently taking up Master of Public Management at the University of the Philippines. She acquired her Bachelor's degree from Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology . She is currently focusing in research, specifically, on the use of renewable energy for electrification projects.
Co-Founder
Arthur is a Registered Electrical Engineer who acquired his Bachelor’s degree from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños. He was previously engaged in energy policy formulation and off-grid power sector development. He is currently involved in regulatory compliance and industry relations.

Kenneth is a Registered Electrical Engineer by profession who acquired his degree from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños. He is currently focused on energy modeling, planning, and policy development.

Ladylyn is a Registered Electrical Engineer by profession who acquired her degree from University of the Philippines - Los Baños. She has a background on system analysis of Distribution Utilities, and expertise on energy policy and regulation. She is currently focused on financial and economic modelling of the energy industry.

Beejee is a Registered Electrical Engineer by profession who acquired his degree from the University of the Philippines - Diliman. He has a background in electric power industry management and has contributed in the formulation and implementation of various policies for sectoral development.
RE & Smart Grid Lead
Jordan is a Registered Electrical Engineer who acquired his Bachelor’s degree from the University of the Philippines - Diliman. He was a former lead researcher on Philippine Smart Grid Policy and has a background on Generation Optimization Planning and Modelling. He is currently involved in the Renewable Energy Sector policy formulation and implementation.
